Biggest temperature difference

Post by JDarby »

What is the biggest temperature difference you ever experienced between departure city and arrival city?

In January 2003, I flew between YYZ and EZE (January is winter season in Toronto and summer season in Buenos Aires). When the plane left Toronto, the temperature was -22 Celsius and when it landed in Buenos Aires, the temperature was +40 Celsius. This is a difference of 62 degrees Celsius.

I think you have the record for Luchtzak readers, JDarby! My own record is much lower, so I won't mention it...
