blackhawk: 52 empty lines in your last message? This sounds like spamming this forum? :rotate:

Do you see 52 lines ? i don't ;) Btw, not my fault that someone amused himself adding 52 lines in that webpage :p (and for som reason, I think that person is you :frantic: ) Maybe I can apply within a few months for a trainee post as webmaster at SN so I can delete those annoying lines ;)

Sorry for my late reply..... exams :?

Welcome to this great site snwebbie :) enjoy it as much as we do.

Now that you're on this forum, we'll be able to post our complaints about the site, directly into this forum ;)

For the moment I have just one suggestion:
In the download section you can hear the SN commercials. BUt why is it only possible to hear the first three of them. SN has made much more, and it would be nice if we could download them :)

I thought this had something to do with the copyrights / usagerights on these commercials.

I will see again if I can force something but I can't guarantee anything ;-)

It's ok, I don't want you to force anything ;)

I just wondered why they hadn't been updated on the download page that's all

I have a comment about the flysn.co.uk website!

In the online booking engine the aircraft type for my next SNBA flight is quoted as the A319, but in the online weekly timetable the aircraft for the same flight, same date is quoted as the ARJ100. One of these is obviously wrong, which is it?

How the hell can I request my favourite Avro seat if I don't know which type of aircraft I am going to be flying on??

(And by the way I hope it is a bloody Avro - it was an Avro which operated that flight last week!!)
Sabena and Sobelair - gone but never forgotten.

Normally the on-line booking tool is offering you the correct information since this is grabbed directly from the back-end worldwide used reservation system.

The timetable is fed by a "caching" system. I have escalated this problem to the person at SN who is responsible for these services.

May I please ask you not to post such problems on this forum, because that's not what this forum is meant to be for ;-)

Please send them directly to my email address: webmaster@flySN.com.

Thanks all for yr support !

Comet: that's because the use of the A319 is very flexible.

And we know already that you are hoping for an Avro...

@snwebbie

Welcome to luchtzak !!!!

and I would also appriciate if I could buy some SN stuff here in Vienna :-)
btw. you could put me back onto the SNBA newsletter - because half a year or so ago I sent you (Customer Care) an request if they could put me onto the german newsletter, which seems to be impossible with an austrian adress, because I lived in Innsbruck, so MUC was my Home-Base - meanwhile I live in VIE so VIE is more or less my home base. And the email from Customer Care was VERY friendly regarding my request that she will ask, deal what she can do regarding to my problem, but I'm quite shure many privilege memebers living nearby any border may have this problems - AND you're flying from the heart of europe why deal with borders which aren't borders anymore ?!

Jumbolino - doesn't know anymore where she lives
(19 years until 1989 nearby VIE, 189 - 1999 INN, 1999-beginning 2000 MUC,
2000 DUS, end of 2000 until mid of 2003 nearby ZRH, 2003 until march this year INN and now down-town Vienna ....) - btw Jumbolino should update her privilege profile ;-)
