I ,also, don't know if that's true but it was quite common published during the ash-cloud era !

I tought that an air-ticket must guarantee you a transfer from A to B as stated on the ticket but a transfer by bus or train instead of an airplane will do the job also..

If there is any law/justice - specialist here which can clear this thing up for once and ever ! Go ! ;)

On-topic : the most of the airlines suffer from a nasty history even Jet nowadays :mrgreen: , I had mine with Iberia long time ago, even Cathay ! but it's how they deal with this no ?
I didn't exclude any airline for now, but as my seat choice by booking was cancelled last week and I hear I must need to pay for a window seat, for a seat next to my child/wife.. I guess American is on my foo-list for the next several decades.. luckily SN operates JFK then :lol:
