Hi,
Here is my flight report.
It's my first report and it was my first flight with SN Brussels Airlines
SN 2121 BRU - LGW ETD:07.00 am AvroRJ85 Flight time: 40 minutes
I arrived at 6.00 am and walked to check in row 4.
The lady (very friendly) gave us (me and my girlfriend) seat 12 A
and 12 C. Off course I was happy for the window seat but in the aircraft
I saw that the seat was located between two windows .
After the fast and friendly check in we walked to gate B32.
On our walk to gate B32 I saw me fav SNBA planes OO-SFM , OO-SFN , OO-SFO and OO-SSM. Saw also a lot of other planes: Iberia A320, Alitalia MD80 , TUI OO-VAC and OO-TUA , Thompson, Lufthansa . Also a with plane with Virgin titles someone reg?.
At the gate I saw the our plane the OO-DJX was

Push back was at 06.50 and after taxiing we took from 25R.
After reaching cruising altitude 2 very friendly stewards gave us a light breakfast.
After the Bistro breakfast we received some Neuhaus chocolates
After an uneventful flight we landed at Gatwick at 06.40 AM where we were bussed tot the North Terminal.
SN 2130 LGW-BRU ETD: 05.30pm AvroRJ85 Flight time: 40 minutes
We arrived at 4.00 pm and walked to check in area F.
A men from British Airways was asking us where we were going and checked us in. So no que for us. He gave us seat 16A and 16C and now I had a very good window seat.Thank you British Airways
So we had a lot of time left, we went to a bar for a tea with in front of us a view of the airport. Verry nice Saw a lot of planes :Virgin B747 , Excel B767 Olimpic Airways B737 ,Air Zimbabwze B767, BA B777.
At 05.00 pm we walked to gate B52 and I saw that the plane was the same as in the morning:OO-DJX
Boarding was not via the bridge so I was able to take a lot of pictures of the plane. Push back was at 05.17pm and take off a few minutes later.
Captain was Mister De Rijcke and he gave us some information.
It would be a flight with some light turbulence , cruising altitude would be 7000 metres , route would be Londen - Dover- Koksijde and Brussels.
After reaching cruising altitude we received our Bistro meal : a little salad withe a little bread and I took a coke.
After the meal we received two chocolats.
We landed at Brussels at 07u18 pm.
The two female cabin attendants of this flight weren't friendly
My first experience with SNBA was very good except the two unfriendly
cabin attendants
I hope that you all enjoy reading my report and sorry for my bad english!
Pictures are for later because I have and "old camera"

Interesting report. I have always found stewards to be friendlier towards passengers than stewardesses are, whichever airline I've flown with, and that includes all three Belgian carriers I've been on. We didn't get a chocolate at all on our all-stewardess flight from BRU, but I got extra chocolate on the flight out from BHX in the morning, and that was a steward on that one.
Sabena and Sobelair - gone but never forgotten.

I think the loadfactor was 45 % on both flights and not a lotAvro wrote:
How were the Loadfactors on your flights ?
And did you enjoy your Brussels Bistro meals ???
BTW Shouldn't this topic be moved into Airline experience !!!

business passengers so that's not so good.
I liked the Brussels Bistro meals but for the morning flight
would a croissant have been better .
Keep up the good work SNBA

Some of the Brussels Bistro meals I've seen in the photo albums looked better than that tasteless heap of modge we were served on our flights the other week, you probably got lucky, or we were just unlucky.
And as for the crews - name 'em and praise 'em if they are good, and name 'em and shame 'em if they are bad - that is my philosophy. There is no excuse for treating passengers like muck. If I'd have got the names of those rude stewardesses, their names would have been in the report and so would a detailed description of their attitude for all to read.
I really hope they are not on my flights in September with such an attitude, or they will be in for a very rude awakening
