Maybe I should add that with every economy-sandwich you get coffee/thea and a softdrink, wine (red/white) or beer.

greetings,

luchtzak

Hi Guys,

The mealservice oin Y Class is very, very disappointing for a full service carier with rather expensive fares. Did SN Brussels become a l;ow-cost player? You would think so if you see the Y Class food.

You get even less than on a charterflight... Compare whit what SLR or FQ give their pax...

LOT to Warsaw

Postby sn26567 » 28 Feb 2003, 09:45

For its first anniversary (and for St Valentine), SNBA proposed an exceptional fare of 99 € (+ taxes) to all its European destinations for departures on 14 or 15 Feb, return on 15 or 16 Feb. Great! As I wanted personally to go to Warsaw with my wife for a week end (14 to 16 Feb), I jumped on the opportunitiy, not without also checking with LOT. Well, LOT quickly had matched the fare.

Flights to Warsaw are code-shared between SN and LO: 3 flights from LOT, one from SN BA every day. But for the special fares, each airline restricted them for its own flights. As the LO flights were more convenient (early morning departure, late evening return), I booked on LOT.

The flights, although fully booked, were great: B737-500, excellent diversified breakfast (nothing to compare with the SN sandwich: here we had ham, cheese and salad on a plate, yoghourt, orange juice, coffee or tea); on the return trip, an entree of pasta, a main course of chicken salad and a desert of cake, plus a chocolate bar, water, wine or beer, and coffe or tea. For a return ticket of 125 € (taxes included), this was really exceptional.

No wonder that LOT had been designated Airline of the Year for Eastern Europe in 2002 by OAG and Business Traveler.

SN flights to Paris

Postby johan » 08 Aug 2008, 10:49

Hi,

The second morning connection between BRU and CDG is now effective since a few weeks.
Any body an idea about the result (Loadfactors on both flights)? Was it a successfull decision?

Thanks,
Pijaleu
