Contrail spotting -GEAR-

Post by Nickcm170 »

Hello Everyone,

I am relatively new to contrail spotting. I've always been a plane spotter without using telescopes. More and more I feel the urge to buy myself a telescope and start investigating what flies over my house and garden :D .

Can anyone give me advice in what sort of telescope and full setup I need to get descent results. At a further stage I would like to adapt my camera to the telescope.

Thanks for your replies.

Nick
