Hello josh97,
I won´t bother anybody with all the usual aircraft coming overhead. And this is all I can get out of my camera, which can´t compete with a telescope. On the other hand somebody might like to have a look at the pictures and at least it keeps the thread going...
Most pictures taken during the last days were blurry, due to the heat, so if there´s nothing special AND not any kind of quality possible, you´ll have to be patient. So do I. ;)

Kind regards

Kopinet

Hello, as the last days there was clear sky for a couple of hours, some new shots.

At first glance I thought it might be a 747, how nice to see it was an An 124. Caught the very last moment - the dark area is leaves of a tree.

@ DC10MD11
Yes it is. :D Thanks ! Don´t see this very often here.
(Took some time to edit the text)

@ lumumba

When the weather is fine I have my camera with me. The lens of the camera has an equivalent of 800mm focal lenght. The image stabilizer is so efficient that I don´t need a tripod or similar help. Therefore I can take ( and I do ! )photos everywhere I go. The Photo with the 747 and the Cirrus 22 happened when I was watching the high-flyer and suddenly the low-flyer passed underneath.
Making the pictures "in the field" means that I have to identify the planes later at home, because I have no help like flightradar or something like that which tells me what is coming. So sometimes it takes time to verify the identities of the aircraft, especially when the perspective ( watching the underside ) is rather unusual -but it´s fun !

Kind regards

Kopinet
