It's real !!!!!

I don't get it !! :shakehead:

Why do people always tend to think that those great "pieces of art" are fake ?

It's not against you Zaki Boy ;)

I understand your doubt, but I should think it is real!

It's real if its accepted by airliners.net. Those people are screeners of the highest class, so they won't accept an fake picture.

I also recommend you to use a shorter link for the image, this one is too long.
You better use this one, Zaki-Boy: http://www.airliners.net/open.file/870588/L/

was my first idea, but it might be a real one... As I wasn't there I give him the benefit of the doubt and the reputation of A.net

First vision = fake.
But personally i mean this is real.
It's seems very difficult to put the rainbow colours in the contrails too.

Fake, ever seen a rainbow in a dark sky?
On the other hand you could say a filter has been used but the reflection on the airplane is not correct, too bright.

ps. Just found out this topic has already been discussed over and over at A.net why are people copying these kind of discussions from A.net to Luchtzak?
Let us please stay different from other forums ;)

I don't agree with you Erwin.

The contrail is full of ice crystals and when the sun illuminates them from a specific angle they will show the rainbow colours. !!! It's as simple as that .

The guy was lucky to be at the right pace at the right time.

And BTW the sky always has that colour when cruising relatively high.

Okay that's always possible ;)

Hey that is new to me since I always see a bright blue sky when I look up to the sky out of my window.
But to be honest Chris, if it is real it is a piece of art, if it is fake.....it's still an art ;)

That's true it's a piece of art. But next time you fly try to make a picture of the sky above the plane and look above the plane while cruising.

I realized this when I was cruising at FL390 with an A319 of SN a few years ago ;)

Ciao

The "dark" effect can be caused by a polaroid-filter.

Ever heard of Photoshop? The sky can be changed easy. And I think it's real.
It's real if its accepted by airliners.net. Those people are screeners of the highest class, so they won't accept an fake picture.
Oh please, maybe they can screen well, but every person who has a bit knowledge of PS can edit pictures that they look real.

I don't know if you guys know it, but A.net screeners are also humans

EDIT : Rago could also be right ...

off course it's real... The photographer is a pilot for Shanghai Airlines and pretty well known on a.net, he's not gonna jeopardize his credibility by putting a fake pic on a.net...
