Dear All - Hello -this is my first message on the forum - i have been following you guys for some time. I believe today there should be some rehearsals for the helicopter flyby for the summit tomorrow - helicopters from NATO countries arrived in Belgium for this flight already. Do you know any timings for the flyby - today and tomorrow? Many thanks Dragos

Just saw 22 choppers in flights of 4/5, coming from the East and heading towards Brussels centre on a heading of about 270.

Impressive low flying. Various types.
Think I saw G-16 in the head flight.

So to sum it up: some nice big boys are coming, late in the evening during the BEL-FRA game and in less-than-perfect light conditions (overcast). Have I missed something? ;)

Thanks André.
I saw the A109, a Tiger, a Lynx, a Blackhawk and a Hip, and with doubt a Hind but I couldn't identify the others.

This morning you have for about 1/2 hour already the coming and going of the FedPol Air Support Unit MD900s, probably on a herd watchdog mission to make sure none of the top brass gets lost on their journey from downtown Brussels.
