check app.php/help/faq#f3r3

If you go to the full editor, you can add attachments to your posts below the text editor (i.e. no need to upload them first to a third-party website eg Flickr). When the attachments are uploaded, you put your cursor in your post where you want to add the photo(s) and click on the 'place inline' button of the attachment.
