Hmmm, just see on deredactie.be that Obama landed... didn't see anything the passed hour on this forum so I wonder there must be another medium (twitter, ...?) where this info (runway, ETA,...) was discussed and exchanged. Can anyone point me towards the right medium so I know where to look next time?

The press said AF1 is parked at Melsbroek but Brucargo is much better! Pictures during taxi to runway 25R will be possible from P1!

Some pics from this grey day ...

REACH500 coming trough in very bad/dark weather

and there he is ...

Airforce One over the trees of Steenokkerzeel village

then a race to 25L to catch 'SAM44' arriving shortly after 'the big boss'





'CANFORCE-1' also came in on the 25L ... of course during a rainshower ...




After all, considering the conditions I'm still quite happy enough with the shots I was able to made, I guess we just all made the best out of the horrendous weather...
Might have met some of the members as I was not alone at Steenokkerzeel.

But if only AF1 would have come with a little bit of sun on it ... or on 25L like the SAM44, I could have taken peace with that also ... hahaha

Currently RWY 25R and 25L are in use, so why would AF1 take RWY19?
And please the A/C will not leave within the next +/- 4h so to point a RWY is way too early!

So to answer your question: The chance for the moment is 0%

Thanks for your answer. To get back on your question why 19 isn't strange: wind from the south-west, no turn around the city and the taxi route is the same for both runways (25r and 19).USAF is doing what they want, "they control the airport" no normal procedure if they want another runway they get another runway.
