Spell-check and report button comming back anytime?

Post by Buzz »

Hello webmasters,

First of all, I would like to say we all apreciate your hard work!

I do want to ask if there are plans to bring back the spell-check and the 'report to moderators' button, since they came in quite handy sometimes...

Thanks in advance!

I second that motion. But I am not the webmaster and I cannot implement it.

The migration to the last version of PHP Nuke has given us a lot of improvements, but also some drawbacks that have not yet been corrected. Bart (luchtzak) is a very busy man, now that he combines professional work and fatherhood!

The spell checker was useless, it failed to recognise many commonly used English words. I stopped bothering to use it very quickly.

Reporting a post was very useful though.
Sabena and Sobelair - gone but never forgotten.

'Report to moderators' is not a feature on this phpbb-board anymore unless I program an add-on for this board, but then I would run into problems upgrading to newer versions. I suggest to be patient: a brand new and very fast forum with many features (including report to mods) and options is in beta 5 release right now, will install it as from the first stable version.
