(N'Djaména, July 3, 2017) - A torrential rain, accompanied by very violent winds, destroyed the air fleet of the dictator Idriss Déby.

Already the Déby air force had only a few planes and helicopters, but the gale of this Saturday put this old scrap iron out of service. Only the presidential plane, a transport plane and a French air force tanker were spared, most of the other aircraft were no longer recoverable.

Have your virus-scanner/pop-up killer at the ready... :!:

Should have invested more money in weather-proof shelters, eh...

Pictures show at least three Fennec helicopters destroyed or heavily damaged, one tail-tipped Sukhoi Su-25 two-seater jet, a collapsed Pilatus PC-12 and a MiG-29 that got a tent/shelter collapsed on its' tail.
