Strava segment, Ringbaan Brussels Airport available for cars/bikes ?

Is it allowed to ride on this road with your car/bike ? Is a BIAC badge required ?

This is the Canac entrance to Jetairport. You'll need a BAC badge to enter that part of the ringbaan. Might be interesting for my commute though I now follow the HST route, but wouldn't mind a little detour here with the interesting scenery there must be.
