I landed once on 07R in daylight (a couple of years ago, when 07L was not used for landings) and I have great shots of Anderlecht, Brussels, Schaerbeek, etc.
If you're interested, I can share.
take care, Stef

Re: Abnormalities in BRU-ANR-CRL-LGG-OST in 2016
Quite understandable as there is a lot of crosswind in Antwerp (wind is now 220 for a runway oriented 290 !)

Re: what is happening with Brussels Airlines ??? what a shame!
Brussels Airlines have been facing some really long wait times for quite a while now. When sending a claim through their online form you have to wait nearly 8 ! weeks. Contacting them using Social Media seems to be a lot faster. As for the expensive number, I used to call them on +3222006234, which...

Re: what is happening with Brussels Airlines ??? what a shame!
Are you even suppose to read your mail ? This is not a registered mail with signature. I would try to get the highest compensation by european law. tell me more. Each time I got a delay over 3h and wrote to the airline, I got no answer (ex. Estonian Airlines, which three years later got bankrupt) o...

Re: what is happening with Brussels Airlines ??? what a shame!
Try to contact them by Twitter (@flybrussels): they are usually more reactive, especially since a lot of people are reading it! Actually, the flight is cancelled on Mondays (I did some research) Are you sure of that? On which date are you flying? I can still find a lot of evening flights on Mondays...

Re: what is happening with Brussels Airlines ??? what a shame!
Merci André, at least on "my" Monday it's cancelled. I'm not lucky then! I thought it was all Mondays. Why cancel just one Monday do you think? I finally got someone cos I called the frequent flyer program since the other lines were disconnected. I got an efficient member of staff and I co...

KLM and Eurowings cancelling Tehran, that's strange considering the potential all the economists and media are talking about... and I can tell you Iran has a huge touristic potential, wonderful sights and people!globetrotter wrote:KLM have cancelled or postponed Tehran resumption in May.

What is happening with Brussels Airlines?
Hello, Friday at 5pm past, I got an email stating my flight from Malpesa to BRU was modified and the new schedule is ... 7 hours earlier !!! From 21:00 to 14:00 !!! Actually, the flight is cancelled on Mondays (I did some research) and BrA simply put me on the mid-day flight. Problem is that I am la...

Re: Cancelled services and discontinued routes in 2016
Same for Toulouse (last flight 25 March), I posted a thread about Easyjet's cancellations... I'm very sad for London...Looks like Easyjet cancelled their BRU -LGW service as from 21/03/2016 as well.
Not bookable after that date.
Any news about this route?

easyJet in 2016
I'm wondering why Easyjet is not selling tickets from Brussels to London after March 21 and to Toulouse after March 25 while sales are open to all the other destinations. Are they closing those services?
I didn't find any info about this on this forum.
Thanks

You did not read my post, I was correcting the fact that Memmigen would be east of Munich and 2h away, which is false. Your answer is totally off.sean1982 wrote:No he means Munich ... As in MUC

Re: Ryanair in 2015
Ryanair is in negotiations with Munich Airport to start flying from the southern hub as part of a strategy to aggressively expand its German market-share. The Irish carrier hopes to start flying from the Bavarian capital by Winter 2016, of "if possible sooner," said head of marketing Kenn...

Re: The "let us know Superfares" Topic !
Hi, I have a question for people using Brussels Airlines. Is the 39€ to Geneva the lowest fare I can get for a one-way trip? I need a one-way to Geneva to catch a super cheap flight to New Zealand in March 2016, only the super early morning flight (not Easyjet). I just wonder if this fare could be l...

Re: 27/05/2015 Major power failure at Belgocontrol
Given all the critics against Belgocontrol in the past years (fair, if you ask me), I will never understand hy they don't play the transparency card. Now is the prefect time to change their communication strategy ! This super serious incident needs to be thoroughly justified/explained !

Re: Ryanair in 2015
To all these people constantly bashing Ryanair... Ryanair refunds 100% of the unused tickets in case of accident or medical condition, even for the accompanying person(s). Easyjet offers nothing in the same case : my friend and I couldn't use our tickets to Basel due to my leg being in a cast and we...
