Hi, thanks for the compliment :D it might be that the focuser cant quite reach focus? I have the 12" too and have experienced many problems with focusing because the focuser has to go all the way in to focus on the plane. I had to do some DIY on the focuser to make it go in further. Just slack...

Hi leedseagle, I think your photos could be a lot better, especially with the equipment you're using. What brand of barlow lens are you using? is it a 1.25" or 2"? Also, are you using a t-ring to attach the camera to the barlow? hi there i'm using 2" skywatcher super deluxe ED Barlow...
