indeed all on luck..could be nice but mostly horrid..flew many times bru-fco-bru with them...and mxp-bey-mxp several times too.. cabin crew seem annoyed the whole time. Ground service is below standards, try to rebook it is a nightmare even if fare paid allows for changes...ground staff can not hand...

apart from business travel Gva-Bru has a lot of ethnic pax too.. tens of thousands of belgians live around 60 minutes drive from gva airport. Many swiss live in Bru region too.
