At least one US helicopter wearing the presidential dark green livery overflew Brussels 5 minutes ago.
I wasn't able to identify the model since I've seen it half a second.

This Tuesday, the Prime Minister of Japan is due to visit Belgium and will leave on Wednesday. Both 747-400 Japan Self Defense Force are at Paris Orly for the moment.

Any ETA for Tuesday and/or ETD for Wednesday?
