Another thing, I don't think Continental has 772LR on order, but that could change soon though. I doubt Continental would need the extra range of the 772LR. Especially if they get authorization from the FAA to fly Polar routes. Unless they start some sort of IAH-Sydney route..... Ultimately, Contin...

Are pilots actually stupid enough to fly THROUGH thunderstorms over there?!?!?!! My only experience with a sickness bag was when I was already sick from food-poisoning and had to fly the morning after. I reached for it, but fortunately didn't have to use it. Oddly enough, someone told me once that G...

Duty Hour Limitations
I have a question for anyone who knows the FAR's really well. What are the duty-hour limitations for pilots in any day, week, month, year?? Notice: I'm asking for duty hours, not flight hours. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Im asking myself if it will make a huge difference in fly time across the atlantic ocean? Probably not since Greenland, and Iceland are so close. Gander is there also. Pacific routes, and Polar routes will be affected the greatest. I know of a certain airline that just started flying to Shanghai an...

Requiring less skill means that the pilots do not need to understand why they cannot operate in certain regions of flight. Are you honestly telling me that you would prefer to have less skilled pilots?!?!?!!? If the pilots do not understand the complexities of operating aircraft in certain condition...
