Re: Brussels Airport: why not overhauling the B-pier?

I agree with that but that could be solved by dividing the even gate numbers on the first floor and the odd gate numbers on the second floor (just a small thought). But that's not the point. SN needs to place passengers for African flights on the A-Term where normally passport control is not needed ...

Re: Brussels Airport: why not overhauling the B-pier?

As said before they better spend the money in cleaning things up outside the buildings. Next to that, they already considered making a new terminal for the low cost airlines. This obviously increases the number of gate slots which is highly needed as the SN A330s stand pretty much at the A-term beca...

Re: 5th A330 for Brussels Airlines

Does anybody know which A333 will be painted in Star Alliance colours since the new addition won't be? Would be a GE powered one then cause I don't think that they repaint SFW since it already wears the new SN colours thus the only logical solution would be painting the new addition as it should be ...

Re: Ryanair comes back to Ostend !

Ostend might get a new life then :D
After the fact that MAG doesn't visit EBOS as much anymore since they operate most of the times out of Irak, and BGB doesn't show around tat much either as in the beginning this might just be the things to help OST survive :)

Air Charter Express (ACE) at EBOS

Hi all, Air Charter Express recently started Cargo Operations on EBOS with a DC8-63F reg 9G-AXA. Now take a look here: http://www.airliners.net/open.file/1271973/L/ it's an L1011 Tristar being "recovered" for ACE. Anybody knows if this beauty would operate on EBOS?? Any news is much apprec...

I think all the matter about the nightly flights is bulls**t: 1. A lot of carriers come and go at night, including B Air. Reducing the number of nightly flights => less pilots needed => pilots get fired => more people without a job => more social extra's for the workless => ... 2. Brussels national ...

About the reg: can't help it but I have the impression the reg rather looks like 00-CBA iso OO-CBA. Mistake ? Shouldn't it be LX-.... as pilots work in Luxembourg? negatif, the reg doenst' ahs anything to do with the pilots, pilots can even be African. Al depends on where the airline wants its airc...
