Re: Brussels Airport delays extension of A pier
So to me it only makes sense to build this connector if they also put gates in it, so that the total investment is around 90 millions, divided 50/50 between the connector and the gate capacity expansion. The gate capacity expansion will serve to shorten the walk to/from terminal A, as terminal A wi...

Total gates available from T-zone will be 8: 161,165,169,171,164, 168, 170 and 174.

Re: Which A330 next for Brussels Airlines?
It is not officially confirmed, but I have it from a very good source. No daydreaming, trust me. No idea for the destinations yet. But we will have a third destination in North America next year, and some new African destinations are on the map as well. There is a rumor (and this is just a rumor!), ...

Re: Which A330 next for Brussels Airlines?
Well, IT IS TRUE! Number is expected in januari 2014. Number 10 will be introduce before summer 2014. No idea if it will be the ex-Kingfisher's. For Number 9 it could be possible, seen the delivery date is set tho 01/21014. Number 10 for sure won't be, as the rumour is that he would be coming from B...

Re: Brussels Airport delays extension of A pier
Guys, Do note that the T-zone will be extended with two more gates. Till now stand 171 and 174 were stands used to park our 330's till the gates at T-zone become available. (To be honest with you, I've only seen this on rare occasions) Now ground works are almost finished, in order to foresee these ...

Re: Brucargo: cargo routes, news, Brucargo West, Diabolo.
Some numbers: A332 MZFW: 170000 MTOW: 230000 A333 MZFW: 167000 MTOW: 215000 If you compare these numbers, the 332 takes less pax, but has a higher MZFW and MTOW, allowing it to take more "tonnage". In brief, the 332 is less restricted then the 333. This is what Mr. Hoornaert, in my opinion...

LEMAC 777
Hi there,
I'm trying to get a realistic weight&balance for the PSS-Posky 777. But in order to do this I'll need the LEMAC from the 777-variants.
I found a LEMAC of 1174,5 for all 777-variants. Is this correct?
Could somebody let me know what the correct LEMAC's are?
Many thanks,
Lamal

Re: new A319 for SN
Lamal, you write that SN is now inspecting two A320s as potential SN-birds. Isn't that already late, if these planes have to be ready for April 2011 as I seem to remember to have read somewhere ? Are three to four months enough to prepare the new planes to enter the SN fleet ? Wel, first inspection...

Re: new A319 for SN
For the A320's: I can confirm ALTC and ALTD are inspected by SN as potential SN-birds.
For A319: D-AHIH is the one...
and also have a look at N275MX ...

Hi,
She will land on 25R, receive a water salute at the end of 25R and taxi to stand 690, where she will be visited by the press and some bigshots from SN and LH.
