Although usually I don't give a damn about soccer, I'm really exited about the world cup being in my Mothercountry Germany. Because I'm both Dutch and German, I support both teams. When watching soccer with Dutch friends (the Dutch games), I will support the Dutch team and party with my Dutch friend...

I paid 23.95 Euro's for it.

But that aircraft isn't very long, but the mass it has is soo large (compared to my B747's). It really stands out.

If you have time, in PEK ... many spotting places but care off because i think that photography of airports and aircrafts is not allowed I photographed my butt off in China, in the Terminal taking a load of pictures and no one seemed to care. So no big problem to do that I think, but I wouldn't try...

Flying China Eastern's Airbus A320 (Shanghai - Yichang)

After a couple of beautiful days in the Shanghai area, it was time for the tour group to fly westwards towards Yichang where we would board our cruise-ship for the cruise over the Yangtze. We put our suitcases in front of the hotel door and took the elevator to the lobby where we checked out. We sta...

Do you mean it crashed?
I read this in a book which was published in the mid-90's, it did not say if it crashed, but I do not know the current status of the aircraft model (but I did not hear anything about it being crashed).

8O Wow, what an absolutely gorgeous aircraft! The builder has done a real good job in constructing this aircraft, it even includes a camara. scale 1/16 Wingspan : 3.77 m Lengh : 3.98 m That aircraft must be massive, I wonder where the guy will put it at home, and it sure is a pain in the ass ...

Hurricane Katrina

I created this topic because of the situation around New Orleans that has been and is still developing. The extend of this disaster is still not really clear, it seems to be much bigger then what we would have thought it would be. It is horrible what is happening down there, when I see what happens ...

Here is the Boeing press-release: http://boeingmedia.com/images/one.cfm?image_id=13606&release=t The aircraft looks very nice, let's hope that Boeing will stay with this design and not change it into something more boring, like they did with the exterior. :( I see that the cockpit has very large...

My mom has also a SUV, and that one guzzles gas beyond any limits (and in Holland the gas prices are the most expensive on the world). Re: United Airlines B777 and A320 rides

Thanks for sharing this nice report with us, I really enjoyed reading it. I'm glad that you are sattisfied with United Airlines, now they just need to pull themselves out of bankruptcy, they have a product that deserves it. I was amazed, impressed and shamed because I was a big defender from the 737...

I agree with you, I also would prefer the B747 upper deck. But Lufthansa has a similar product, Privatair operates A319's and Boeing 737 BBJ's in an ...
