A small Piper PA-24-250 Commanche aircraft landed in the grass side of the runway at Luxembourg airport on Tuesday evening, the runway was blocked forcing 10 aircraft to divert to neighboring airports Frankfurt-Hahn and Liège Airport.
A list of diverted flights according to Flightradar24, not all diverted flights have been logged. At 01:30 (Wednesday) the airport will reopen again, the airport explained that all diverted flights will then return to Luxembourg.

Current status: the runway is supposed to open again at 1:30 am. All diverted planes from Hahn and Liège will come back to Luxembourg.

Airplane was a PC12 turboprop , it made a emergency landing on the grass side of the runway , no injured people reported.
