Several rail unions have called for strike actions from Tuesday 5 January (9 pm) to Thursday 7 January (last scheduled train). Rail services in the whole country, including to and from Brussels Airport, will be affected.
The exact impact is hard to predict at this moment but we expect rail services in Brussels and Wallonia to be severely affected, whereas the impact in Flanders should be limited. International train services are also impacted.
Passengers who had planned to come to the airport by train are advised to take precautions and look for alternatives.
If however you still intend to come to the airport by train, we advise you to leave for the airport well ahead of your departure time.
