RYANAIR’S BELGIAN TRAFFIC GROWS BY 30% IN 2015

10 NEW 2015 BRUSSELS ROUTES  

Ryanair today (15 July) announced record bookings on its Brussels summer and winter 2015 schedules, which will see traffic grow by 30% at Brussels Charleroi and Brussels Zaventem, as Ryanair delivers over 8m customers p.a. and supports 8,000* “on-site” jobs in Belgium.

Ryanair’s Brussels 2015 schedules will deliver:

 

Brussels Charleroi:

  • 13 based aircraft
  • 4 new S’15 routes to Athens, Bucharest, Prague and Riga
  • 3 new W’15 routes to Copenhagen, Podgorica & Stockholm
  • 77 routes in total
  • 6m customers p.a. at Charleroi
  • 6,000* “on-site” jobs

 

Brussels Zaventem:

  • 4 based aircraft
  • 2 new S’15 routes to Dublin & Verona
  • 1 new W’15 route to Berlin
  • 13 routes in total
  • 2m customers p.a. at Zaventem
  • 2,000* “on-site” jobs

 

Belgian customers/visitors can now choose 90 routes to/from Brussels Charleroi and Brussels Zaventem, while enjoying allocated seating, a free second carry-on bag, reduced fees, an improved website and app, mobile boarding passes, Ryanair’s Family Extra and Business Plus services, making Ryanair the ideal choice for Belgian families, business and leisure travelers.

Ryanair celebrated its 2015 record bookings and 30% growth in Brussels by releasing 100,000 seats for sale across its European network, at prices from €19.99 for travel from September. These low fare seats are available for booking only until midnight Thursday (16 Jul).
