The website Flight-Report.com has delivered its verdict: Transavia is the best European low-cost airline in 2016, ahead of Norwegian for the contributors to the website who post daily reviews, photos and notes who drew up this ranking. Easyjet ranked sixth.
The airline is appreciated by customers for:
– the quality of service provided by its cabin crews;
– the comfort of its cabin that has recently been redesigned, in the same way as the livery of its Boeing 737 fleet;
– and the quality of its paying inflight catering service available on board.
This is a real success story for the airline that counts on its customer experience to make a difference. In 2015, Transavia France experienced strong growth in capacity on its European network and saw passenger traffic rise by 25%, reaching 4.5 million.
Together with the Netherlands, Transavia carried more than 11 million passengers in 2015 (+9%).
