Brussels Airport announced today that all Thai Airways flights between Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Brussels Airport will be operated by new Airbus A350-900 aircraft starting 1 August 2017. You will remember that in January luchtzak.be already published the information that from 1 August the airline would replace the usual Boeing 777 by its brand new Airbus A350-900 XWB.
In the same announcement, Brussels Airport added that there would also be one extra flight/week between the two capitals as from 3 November 2017, bringing the number of weekly flights from three to four. The Thai Airways flights are codeshared with Brussels Airlines.
