Ryanair website and mobile app to close for 5 hours

WEBSITE CLOSED 9PM TUES 11 AUGUST TO 2AM WED 12 AUGUST

Ryanair, today (10 August) confirmed that its online check-in service will not be available as its website and mobile appwill close for 5 hours, from 21:00hrs (IRE time) on Tuesday 11^th August, until 02:00hrs (IRE time) on Wednesday 12^th August, for a systems upgrade. Ryanair called on all customers travelling on Tuesday and Wednesday to check-in online for their flight on Monday, 10^th August, before the above web closure takes place. New bookings or changes to existing flights will not be possible during this web closure.

Ryanair is contacting all intending customers travelling on Tuesday 11^th and Wednesday 12^th August by email and SMS text to advise them to check in online on Monday, 10^th August to avoid this disruption. Ryanair apologises for any inconvenience caused by this web closure/systems upgrade.

Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said:

“This web closure/ systems upgrade will take 5 hours, from 21:00hrs (IRE time) on Tuesday 11^th August, until 02:00hrs (IRE time) on Wednesday 12^th August, during which time our online check-in service will not be available. Flight bookings and changes will also be unavailable during this period. Customers travelling on Tuesday or Wednesday should check-in for their flight on Monday, 10^th August. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this upgrade, which will further improve Ryanair.com, Europe’s largest travel website.”
