New direct flights to Tallinn

The newly-established airline Nordic Aviation will commence regular flights to the Estonian capital of Tallinn as of 29 March. Flights will depart from Tegel at 14:45 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:50 on Wednesdays and 19:35 on Saturdays with a flying time of around one hour and 45 minutes.

Flights to Berlin will initially be provided by Adria Airways. The airline will serve this new route with modern Bombardier CRJ700ER and CRJ900LR aircraft fitted with seating in second class.

Nordic Aviation is a new Estonian airline set up in September 2015 in order to establish better links between the Baltic state and the international aviation network. The airline’s first aircraft, a CRJ700, was commissioned on 20 January 2016 and will be primarily deployed on longer routes, e.g. from Tallinn to Amsterdam or Kiev. The fleet is to be extended on average by one aircraft per month with the result that it will comprise six aircraft by summer.
