Austrian Airlines launches new advertising campaign

Austrian Airlines is launching a new advertising campaign on August 31, 2015 based on its new brand identity myAustrian.The focus is on the personal customer experience, and the spotlight is put on the personal “myMoment” as the main message. The objective of the imagery presented and of the “my message” is to capture the emotions Austrian Airlines passengers experience in a very personal moment, whether during the flight or in their private sphere.

Following the major changes at the company which took place in recent years, it was time for us to take a step forward and to show ewhat our new brand myAustrian stands for. Accordingly, we respond to the individual needs of our customers. At the same time, myAustrian also underlines our distinctive Austrian identity”, states Austrian Airlines Marketing Director Isabella Reichl.

Austrian Airlines is particularly pleased with the musical collaboration with AO Music Development led by the musician, producer and multiple award winner Stefan Obermaier.

myAustrian – More individuality
Austrian Airlines is offering a new air fare concept introduced on July 28, 2015 for flights costing more than EUR 89. Whether Light, Classic, Flex or Business Class ticket, the customer can now individually choose which services he wants to take advantage of. For example, DO&CO á la carte meals on board, lounge access, additional luggage or other services can be booked individually regardless of the respective air fares. myAustrian enables every passenger to individually design “her or his” flight.
