The Cabin Crew Collective Agreement open for signature on 30th June has been signed today by the Cabin Crew UNAC and UNSA unions, as has the agreement – of an indefinite term – offering guarantees to Air France Cabin Crews within the framework of the new airline creation, dubbed the Boost project.
These two representative unions represent the majority of the Cabin Crew population. These agreements are thus already valid vis-à-vis legal regulations.
The third union – SNPNC-FO – will give its verdict after consulting with its members on 24th July 2017.
The signed Collective Agreement will be implemented as from 1st September 2017 for a duration of over 5 years, until 31st October 2022. The project of a “Management’s Note” which would have applied in the absence of an agreement has therefore been withdrawn.
Moreover, the Agreement stipulates a minimum objective of hiring 500 cabin crew staff on an indefinite-term contract at Air France over the agreement’s duration, and independently of cabin crew hiring for the new airline, which will be carried out elsewhere.

Our collaboration with the different Cabin Crew unions forms part of our permanent commitment to privileging social dialogue”, stated Franck Terner, CEO of Air France.
