Performance of a firm contract for delivery of 30 Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft is a milestone event for Aeroflot and Russian aircraft industry. It is a fair assumption to say that our company made the Russian newest aircraft “take wing” and cleared the road for it to the domestic and international market of air transportation. SSJ 100 has globally got itself a name first of all as Aeroflot’s aircraft and has drawn attention of other air companies. Being a national carrier Aeroflot from now onwards intends to render support to the Russian aircraft industry remaining the pioneer and main consumer of its innovative products.

Today more and more Russian and foreign airlines become SSJ100 operators, but evolution of the relations with national carrier PJSC Aeroflot is of strategic importance for us. Thanks to 5-year concerted efforts with PJSC Aeroflot we managed to improve SSJ100 performance and we are determined to continue cooperation still increasing quality and service.

SSJ100 has being delivered to PJSC Aeroflot since June, 2011. During 5 years of operation Aeroflot’s SSJ100 fleet has performed more than 60.000 flight cycles, fleet flight time is more than 100.000 flight hours.
