Procedure notice and take-down

1. Contact member

Have you contacted the original poster to warn him/her about his/her message? It is a suggestion to have a contact with the original poster first before continuing this procedure.

2. Gather information

Make a full list of all photograph(s), text and/or other material you want to start a procedure of notice and take-down for (examples: copyright/patent/trademark infringement, confidential or classified information, ...). It has to be absolutely 100% clear about which photograph(s), text and/or other material it is about. (Hint: make a PrintScreen, add the url(s) of the page(s) related)

3. Reason

Give us the reason why you would like to have the photograph(s), text and/or other material been removed from the website (examples: copyright/patent/trademark infringement, confidential or classified information, ...).

4. Evidence

Provide us evidence why photograph(s), text and/or other material should be removed from the website (examples: copyright/patent/trademark infringement, confidential or classified information, ...). By evidence we mean a hard copy.

5. Identify

Identify yourself:
- full name,
- date of birth,
- place of birth,
- address,
- position (if you work for a company state job/function).

6. Send e-mail

Send your e-mail to abuse [ at ] luchtzak [ dot ] be, that e-mail will be forwarded to the entire webteam.

7. Action and reply

The webteam will thoroughly investigate your e-mail, please fully comply with this procedure of notice and take-down so necessary actions can be taken.
